Booking Information
- A minimum deposit of £25.00 per week is required at time of booking, the balance due to be paid at commencement of the holiday. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non refundable.
- If balance of payment is made 28 days prior to arrival a 2% deduction will be made.
- Book well in advance for peak periods to avoid disappointment.
- An acknowledgement/receipt will be sent only if a stamped addressed envelope is supplied.
- It is regretted that no cash refunds can be made if visitors depart prior to the end of the booked holiday.
- All touring pitches must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure otherwise an extra nights rent will be charged.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
- The right is reserved to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person or persons whose conduct is detrimental to our visitors or farm.
- No commercial vehicles.
- No children under 16 years of age to use the swimming pool without adult supervision.
- All day visitors must report to reception on arrival and pay in full.
- No loud T.V., radio or other noise after 11p.m.
- No vehicles to enter site after midnight.
- No access to the farmyard without authorisation.
- Please observe Health & Safety notices at the swimming pool.
- Please observe rules for Coarse Fishing. Ticket £3.50 per day, EA charges. Anglers with a valid rod licence no charge. Please report to Reception and book in. 500 meters from site.
- No arrival before 9.30a.m.
- Park speed limit maximum 10m.p.h.
- Long stay welcome by prior arrangement only.
- No Wind Shield to obstruct or block the throughfare and enjoyment of other campers. Also for health and safety reasons you may be asked to remove them.
- Caravan storage customers will be charged minimum 2 nights
- Caravans towed on/off - £6.00 inc VAT
- An automated gate is in operation. A deposit of £10 for key of the gate. No vehicle access between 12pm - 6.30am. Also height bar.
