Booking Information

  1. A minimum deposit of £25.00 per week is required at time of booking, the balance is due to be paid 1 month before commencement of the holiday, in the event of cancellation the deposit is non refundable.
  2. An acknowledgement/receipt will be sent only if a stamped addressed envelope is supplied.
  3. It is regretted that no cash refunds can be made if visitors depart prior to the end of the booked holiday.
  4. All touring pitches must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure otherwise an extra nights rent will be charged.
  5. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
  6. The right is reserved to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person or persons whose conduct is detrimental to our visitors or farm.
  7. No commercial vehicles.
  8. No children under 16 years of age to use the swimming pool without adult supervision.
  9. All day visitors must report to reception on arrival and pay in full.
  10. No loud T.V., radio or other noise after 11p.m.
  11. No vehicles to enter or exit site after midnight.
  12. No access to the farmyard without authorisation.
  13. Please observe Health & Safety notices at the swimming pool.
  14. Please observe rules for Coarse Fishing.
  15. Trailer Tents, Folding Campers and Large Tents will be charged for an awning.
  16. No arrival before 10.30a.m.
  17. Park speed limit maximum 10m.p.h.
  18. Long stay welcome by prior arrangement only.
  19. No Wind Shield to obstruct or block the throughfare and enjoyment of other campers. Also for health and safety reasons you may be asked to remove them.
  20. CARAVAN STORAGE CUSTOMERS - while we do our best to accomodate your bookings we do not guarantee a pitch. Please book to avoid dissapointment.
  21. Site to be vacated by 10:30am. No arrivals before 10:30am.

  22. Book well in advance for peak periods to avoid disappointment.
  23. £25 per week deposit then full payment 1 month prior to arrival.
  24. Caravan storage customers will be charged minimum 2 nights.
  25. Dogs: Between 28th May - 5th Sept there will be a £2.50 per day charge per dog
  26. Caravans towed on/off - £7.00 inc VAT
  27. An automated gate is in operation. A deposit of £10 for key on gate. No vehicle access between 12pm - 6.30am. Also height bar.
