Acorns
Acorns is the first of the semi-detached self catering cottages and has
a comfortable furnished open plan living-room with kitchen and dining
areas, the kitchen is well equipped with New England pine units.
Soft furnishings and muted pastel shades make this a very relaxing cottage.
Upstairs both bedrooms have the luxury of a bathroom each - a rare treat
in a property of this size.

Oak Leaves
Oak Leaves next door is equally well decorated and equipped, the only difference being the oak units in the kitchen area. As with Acorns, several of the original beams have been left exposed to add character and charm to this attractive cottage. Again there are two separate bathrooms and both Oak Leaves and Acorns look out over the fields to the river and the village beyond.

In a previous incarnation Acorns and Oak Leaves were farm buildings and have since been carefully converted into two spacious and very comfortable homes. Side by side each has its own patio and there is an unusual beam forming an archway to the parking area which was originally a support for another old building long since fallen into disrepair.
The Gale family will be delighted to show children around the farm and are always on hand to tell guests of the many attractions this lovely area has to offer

Private parking for 2 cars. Patio furniture. Inclusive of bed linen. At
cost electricity - first £8 inclusive, thereafter £1 slot-meter.
CH (partial - 4 panel heaters)
Pets by prior arrangement.
Arrival/Departure Saturday.
Please note - although there are no cots provided at these cottages, you are welcome to bring your own travel or carry cot.
Shopping facilities are only two miles away and the local pub, one and half miles away. A public telephone is available 300 yards from the farm.
