Fishing
Twelve Oaks provide 2 well stocked lakes for your coarse fishing enjoyment.
Upper Lake provides mixed species fishing for Roach, Perch, Carp & Tench with carp weights into double figures.
Lower lake provides fishing for Carp & Tench only with fish again into double figures.
Fishing is FREE to residents of the Caravan park and Holiday cottages, who are in possession of a valid Rod Licence.
If you do not hold a Current Rod Licence a Day Ticket is available for a fee of £3.25 .
Please note our few simple rules below
- No Keepnets allowed.
- Landing nets to be used for all fish and to be dipped in disinfectant wash provided before use.
- Barbless hooks only.
- No boilies or nut baits.
- No fixed lead or bolt rigs.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No night fishing.
