Directions: From Exeter - follow A38 Plymouth bound.
Take turning off left signposted Teigngrace (before Drumbridges roundabout).
Continue for approximately 1.5 miles through village and find Twelve Oaks
on your left hand side.
From Plymouth -after passing Drumbridges roundabout take the slip road for Chudleigh Knighton, turn right over bridge and double back on A38, turn left for Teigngrace and follow instructions as above.
